So I took out of the box and had it all set up and ready to roll when I realised that there was water already in the steam bottle yolkie! So it must be returned.

So I don't want to return it myself unless its banjaxed so I've one question.
When the water is heated does the orange light turn off when the green one come on, or do you have a green and orange light on when its ready to go?

On mine there's an orange light for the first min and then a green and orange light on together. It never has a green light on its own.

Mine was the same (water in the tank I mean) Could it be from being tested in the factory?

ALso, both lights stay on I think. Orange stays on all the time its plugged it, green comes on when it's built up a head of steam.

Thanks Bojangles! I had a read of the HDUK thread and a lot of people had water in their tanks and thought like you it was factory testing. Seems some brands include a note in the instructions that this may occur from factory testing.

Good to hear that the two lights stay on as that's a bit confused in the instructions, seems like only the green is on when its hot but it isn't clear. Thank you for clarifying. :)

The orange light indicates power on, the green comes on when the unit is ready, both lights stay on, green may go off then back on again as water is heated.
