As per the forum below it is also working here @ Argos.ie instore.

if you order the steamworks mop at Argos, you actually get given the Vax S87-T2, I was unsure this was national or just something at one particular store. Well as I was given this at the Romford branch, so Im assuming its national. I took it home and tested it out, and its rather good. I think its a pretty good price for a Vax, you get one mop head and a 400 ml water tank

Edit: The Vax was previously on sale at 49.99 at Sainsburys (original price 100.00)

    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=4752863

    32.99 euros :D

Might not be an error. Its possible that this is an integration from the old catalogue, happens quite often. If an item has certain spec and not going to be in the new catalogue but there is going to be one that has the almost exact same, it is sold as that product until all stock is gone.

Ahh I see quite possibly, although the power of the Vax is 1500w and the Argos Steamworks one is only 900w, much more power for the same money

Thanks but can't see any mention of free vax.

It supposed to be a glitch of some sort, so you won't see a Vax until picking up your order apparently. I hope so anyway, as I have one reserved and will be picking it up either tomorrow or on Monday. If it's not a Vax I am just going to return it, but according to dozens of people you order this but they give you a Vax instead, so fingers crossed. Great find OP, thanks! :D

Ah sorry didn't read it properly. I thought the vax came free. Thanks

I picked one up this evening and can confirm that a Vax is what I received.

No worries. That's what I thought initially too lol. It's a great bargain though, as the Vax retails around €100 when not on offer, so at €32.99 it's a steal :D

Sorry i may not have explained well in original post, yep basically order the argos steamworks steam mop and ya get a vax one

Order this 406/9391 and you get this http://support.vax.co.uk/s87-t2-1-1-132980-00

I reserved mine, and when i went to collect today I went to customer services and asked if i could see the item before i purchased, and there was no problem. Obviously if it wasn't a vax one i wasn't taking it :D

It comes out clearly marked as a Vax in a colour printed box, well packaged in a relatively small box and not heavy at all.

None in stock near me but it can be ordered in for me. I wonder would they still supply the Vax model.

    possible stupid question alert !

I like many others have mostly laminate flooring, I read that these are not recommended for laminate flooring. The people who have bought them already - what are you cleaning/steaming with this gaget.

    Thanks in advance.
