Really heavy falls here now. First decent spell of snow all winter. A shame it isn't a bit colder. :)

    Where are you Snowstorm?

It was sleety rain initially but changed to wet snow after a while. Its all gone now.

Any precipitation should still fall as snow for another few hours, but I expect the dew points will be too high by midnight.

Earlier wet snow shower turned to sleet/rain pretty fast and since Dew Point has risen to 1c. Temp 2.9c so any showers from now on probably just of sleet or rain.

Might not be,the showers will have their own 'cold pool' dragged down in their heaviest precip and at your location, it's a land breeze not a sea breeze presumably so no damage there.
They certainly should be all snow albeit wet stuff in the hillier areas west northwest of Dungarvan
To everyone else, head for the hills(safely please) if you want a snow fix,we can't work miracles :)

Yes your right whitebriar. We had another shower around 7.30 and it was mostly snow albeit wet stuff and in lighter precipitation it was rain. Currently its 2.2c with a DP of 0.7c
