Its interesting to see the diversity of choice people avail of.

Makes me wonder why we pay a poll tax to the government to pay for middle of the road pop stations that are still saturated with ads.

It looks like when we have the means to ditch RTE.... We do so.

I don't listen to any Irish radio stations any more. Used to listen to Off the Ball every day and Liveline for comedy reasons (liveline thread is brilliant).
But now the only station I'll listen to is 3wk which plays 60's and 70's alternative psychedelic rock.

Pat Kenny Show (formerly) and Liveline on RTE 1, Cooper on Today FM, Moncrieff on Newstalk. "All Things Considered" from NPR which RTE re-broadcasts on Radio 1 extra is a fantastic show.

Listen to Adrian Kennedy at night time on FM104 sometimes for a cheap giggle. Nothing like grown men and women calling each other cúnts on the radio.

    Christmas FM

Oh and Tony Kehoe on South East Radio of a Sunday morning. Belting out all the classics from Ireland's country music scene. Getting you in the mood for mass :D

    Morning: Morning Ireland
    Late morning: Sometimes Pat Kenny
Lunch time: Maybe the News at One
Afternoon: JK Ensemble on Lyric/Sometimes Moncrieff
Evening: Last Word on Today FM
Late evening: Lyric FM for their specialised programmes and their live concerts
Night: Lyric, blue of the night

I don't listen to the radio that much but depending on when I'm driving, this is what I will choose.
