    Any videos?

No the phones were put in bags. Drunk idiots, heckling and being loud. The very worst type of Irish gig goer. Would happily see them dead.

    Sounds brutal.

Going to St Vincent on 20th October but it's the Olympia so will probably end up bailing out early as I can't see a fkn thing in there.

Steely Dan (whatever is left of them, a Donald Fagen solo show would be better), Royal Blood (really looking forward) and Robert Plant (wettin meself!)

    Had LCD Soundsystem last Thursday
Tycho in District 8 next week
    Ghostpoet end of this month
Public Broadcasting Service in Jan-18 I think

Have a few lined up that I might get a ticket for - Russangano Family being one

Anyone who wasnt at LCD. You missed out
Anyone who wasn't at Nathan Carter. You missed out.

    QOTSA
    Depeche Mode
    Sun Kil Moon

Too many other gigs I'd love to go and see but don't have the time or money.
Missed loads of good ones this year too.

Wild Beasts next February. That'll be bittersweet - one of their last three shows.

Also planning on Rusangano Family in December on their Irish tour (Cork or maybe Limerick) and possibly Wolf Parade. Love those guys but its on a Monday which makes it a bit tricky.

This morning, i pickd up tickets to Bon Iver in Hammersmith (Eventim) Apollo next February. Sold out even quicker than expected so settled for seated tickets towards the back. Hoping they're better than the seating plan suggests. Still can't wait!

That plus Arcade Fire in April.

Living in San Francisco Bay Area at the moment so generally get the big bands coming through on their tours, but Dublin is definitely better for range of gigs I think.

    Coming up:

Paul Weller - The Fillmore on 22 October 2017
    Liam Gallagher - The Warfield - 13 November 2017
Trevor Noah - The Masonic on 24 November 2017
Ricky Gervais - The Masonic on 24 January 2018

Noel Gallagher is stopping in Oakland in March 2018, so might pick up a ticket for that. Bit of a drive, but would be worth it.
