With all due respect to Kerry and Tyrone, its hard see a final other than Mayo and Dublin, they seem to just have that extra edge atm

Two cracking semis in store now. Tyrone v Mayo & Dublin v Kerry. You can bate the wife but you can't bate the championship.

    A Dub.

Same as myself. It'd be a great final. As a neutral I hope it's Dublin v Mayo

Best first half performance by any team all year. Mayo on top everywhere. Great runs being made on and off the ball and they are impressive at breaking through tackles. Perfect first half. Hard to see donegal coming back from this

Wouldn't mind being a fly on the wall in Donegal's dressing room for the next ten mins

I wonder is Hector bandwagoning a DVD with them?

Assuming Mayo win this, hopefully it isnt their traditional one great performance per year. It'd be great for them to win a championship.

Ah no. Donegal are just washed up. Not to take away from Mayo's brilliant performance.

This is an unbelievable display from Mayo. Best half of football i've seen for many years.

in fairness to mayo, they always play nice attractive football, its just they cant finish off in the business end. This year seems to be different

With all due respect to Kerry and Tyrone, I am salivating at the thought of a Mayo Dublin final. Dublin have been out of this world impressive all year, and that first half performance by Mayo is probably the best we've seen since Kerry took Dublin apart in a QF a few years ago

Hopefully Mayo can wallop Tyrone as well (assuming this match goes as expected) and put to bed the drivel that's been played by northern teams the last while, as effective as it might have been. Dublin v Mayo would be a great final, the two most attacking teams in the country. That being said Mayo still are insanely physical but they've combined it with clinical scores and accurate forward (not lateral) passing.

I'm from Mayo myself and I'm astounded by this. I knew they were good and capable of winning this match, but this is another level. I actually can't see a weak link in them at all. Absolutely delighted! :D

Before we have Dublin v Mayo they have to get through/by Kerry and Tyrone, no easy task in the semi finals no matter what we think and hope.

Jesus, I hope so. What scares me is the cracking start by Mayo from the very first second of the game. We had 2 slow starts against Kildare and Meath. We came into our own as the games wore on, but if we start that slow against Mayo, they could really, really punish us, and build up a lead that is just insurmountable. :o

Still a big half coming up here....Mayo cannot get complacent. McGuinnes will be in that dressing room convincing Donegal that they are capable of producing the greatest come-back of all time....Mayo just need to close this out.

    I'm hoping it's Kerry Tyrone.

The great rivalry of the past 10 years crossing swords again.

I think dublin have been the in form team to beat all year since the start of the league. But mayo v dublin would look like a great AI based on whats been seen this weekend....yaeh i know tyrone and kerry have a say in it as well :)

Only half time folks,no point getting ahead of ourselves I think O Shea will be targeted big time in the second half to get him sent off, Donegal seem to be a shadow of the team from last year.
Remember that match against Dublin, Mayo also had a big half time lead and nearly let it slip.

Best half of football I have seen from a Mayo team in a long long time, more of the same please.
