I don't think I could do this.
After a maximum of 3 or 4 days I feel the need to have one.
Regular masturbation is supposed to help to keep away prostate problems too.

Well I lasted 7 and a half days no fap.

I tried it before with Gillette body wash and my finger but nothing except a stingy back side, any one with any tips, also I have small *cough* fingers.

I'm sort of tempted to try this "no fap" thing but it is says on the rules that some people don't allow edging, as in you're not even allowed touch yourself. :eek: That sounds impossible without utilising some form of male chastity device. Or possibly cutting off your arms.

I suppose this is an interesting idea. I've gone through turbulent times over the past few years and I guess fapping is sort of a comforting thing. I'd say when I was at college (ie. I didn't have anything to do) or when I was under severe stress I used to fap way too much... 3 times or more a day easily. I have noticed over the past 6 months that when I have been under stress (and fapping like the world was going to end) I tended to shed more hair on my pillow whereas I've been very peaceful for the past month and I've noticed much less hair falling out. Maybe it's the stress though??

I've tried this before and got past a week, I'm kind of content at the moment and probably would only fap maybe once every second day but I'm prone to using it for comfort so maybe this is something I should try again. Going to aim for a month!

I think going as long as possible without a fap is good for me. I figure I should change what my body thinks is normal and going as long as possible is the best way to reset it.

According to the site, it takes three months for the brain to reset. But they do specify that there are no hard fast rules (pun intended)

Younger guys who have been watching hardcore porn since they were 14/15 find it takes longer for the reset. Older blokes reset faster since they once had an adult brain that wasn't experiencing hardcore porn.
