    The skin is sensitive there, the hair is quite thick if you're dark-haired. Any pulling of a hair at all in the area is sore, so tangled bush would be vurry, vurry sore.
    Trimmed and excess shaved is enough IMO though - I wouldn't bother with the bald/almost bald fanny look. Plus all that cold air getting into the area would make a lady feel... hubba hubba. Not ideal when you're e.g. doing the grocery-shopping.

    Herself shaves down there every now and then, but the stubble gives me a rash on my belly after sex.
    Its a toughy, not shaved = more comfortable grinding. shaved = better for giving oral.
