Nope, but they are hoping to have 6 million consoles sold before the end of March, they are hoping to sell close to 2 million in the US alone by the end of the year, which leave 1 million for the rest of us, they hope to sell the same amount again from January till March, so we will only be seeing 2 million consoles made available outside of the US from the end of November till the start of April.

Last I heard between 60-70, but it is possible they will get some more regular Killzone bundles in before launch, they will be calling more people about it next week, it could work in your favour more as well if more people go for bundles.

Had my order down since the 18th of June and called about the bundles. Can't get the killzone bundle now because they put a 0 in instead of a 6 in my phone number. Annoyed

I would of paid the €40 if he said I could only have the bundle but he said tge console it self was sound,he seemed to be looking at a list,they must only be ringing people that are getting day 1 consoles,looking for confirmation,told him I'd be in for the midnight realise to!

And won't be leaving without a PS4!!! Haha jk

Yeah it is cool they are doing one, I think they have about 14 pages of pre orders as it stands.

Get into GS customer service about that. I was told few weeks ago I couldn't get a killzone bundle because I had preordered the watch dogs bundle, the guy in the shop told me I would lose my place in the queue if I swapped which I thought was completely unfair.
I contacted their online customer service and they sorted it, they switched my order over to killzone bundle on Wed.
If they could do it wed they could sort something for you now aswell.

Thankfully that will not happen this time, you have to have it paid off, they will not be doing cash transactions on the night, that might change, but as it stands you will hopefully just be in and out.

This is Smyths, so I don't know if it's different, but I fired ahead with an email anyway. It's not really on if it's their mistake

Oh right... Still that's their feck up not yours. Totally get onto customer services let us know how you get on!
I usually wouldn't complain and glad I didn't assume that was standard practice everywhere else I would just have had standard ps4 come launch day, glad I sent the email in the end I would have missed out big time.

They are leaning towards doing a ticket system, they will let people know they are definitely getting one the week of launch and they come in and pay it off and get a ticket, you go into the store at midnight and show it and your console should be waiting, just hope that people do not turn up thinking they can get one on the night regardless of where they are on the list or are not even on the list.

Also see the way Argos would only be getting 15-20 consoles in. Well would it be a case that mates off people that work in Argos is going to hold consoles for there friends and family giving an unfair chance to people that queue?

I would be outside argos for 5am/6 if they open at 9.

Just a word of warning, don't know if it will be the same, but for the X360 launch, I queued up outside Argos (along with a lot of other people). Just before it opened, the manager came out to tell everyone that they didn't have any. Got mine in DID that day. Tesco might also be worth a try.

Is it just me or do GameStop / Smyths / Xtravision not have bundles for the PS4? Is there any store that does?

& I understand I probably won't be able to get it at day 1 if I preorder this late.

Most actually have more bundles than solus consoles, but they were only offered to people who ordered early, you were able to pre order back in February.

Nope, but it is better to pre order now as your looking at getting it now anytime between January and the end of March.

The console are region free but there's about a month lead time on them so if a console was destined for the UK or Ireland then that's where it's going as while the consoles are region free the SKU are region specific.
