Well Sexton was ruled our of starting the BaBas hame and they've had one each since - Farrell with the decidedly weaker looking team.

Ruled out of starting but still came on???

Barnes spouting absolute nonsense about Warburtons performance

Are they for real regarding Warburton.

Be a disaster if Bowe went, who's in line to replace him? Visser, Zeebs, Brown, Armitage or even dare I say it Ashton?

We've seen plenty of players in slings after games. Gonna do my rain-dance to make sure it's not too bad, he's a test starter. Losing Healy and Bowe in one week would be a disaster.

Two likely starters (Healy and Bowe) now probably gone. Depressing.

He still has one perfectly usable hand, thomand! What you on about, hes grand!

No way that was forward. Awful call.

Only two tens on tour, he was always going to bench but never start after playing a final 6 days before

The difference in what our back row can do with a performing tight 5 is pretty incredible

No one who started domestic finals was considered for the first XV in Hong Kong.

My money is on Farrell or Youngs for Sky's MOTM.

Are they for real regarding Warburton.

whats barnes being saying? im actually watching the Sky stream on mute and listening to the commentary on TalkSport with Michael Lynagh and Brian Moore.

From what i can see Warburton has had a decidedly average game and on this form is nowhere near a test starter. Is that the consensus or is Barnes seeing it differently?

    12-22 77mins

Farrell has had his best game by a distance. Still not even close to competing with Sexton and I'd still be very concerned if he had to start a test at 10 due to injury

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,316 ✭✭✭kevohmsford

Barnes was basically saying that Warburton grew as the game went on.

    Ashton for the test team!

He said he started poorly but grew into the game as it went on and Gatland will be happy.

Great play from tipuric there, didnt think it was a penalty but even still it slowed the Reds down.

Much better 7 than warburton on tour and all year
