Ah yeah I have fiberglass and filler and the like, sure whenever you need it give me a shout :)

Nothing a wire brush wont sort! or say, 60 or 80 grit sandpaper, then 400 grit

I have some filler and I think a bit of fiber glass left over too, I'll have to check. I could will take you up on the offer though:) I'll probably ask you for advise anyway when I get to it!

On another note, KSaL I have joined you in the quest for a car sticker:D

I ended up buying loads of crap and gadgets on ebay instead of being on here, so boards saves me money too.

I suppose at least it's not an e34. M5s should never be broken though.
Make one good one out of two and then LPG her

Depends on the car and the power difference really.

Can anyone recommend the best shampoo for Snow Foam, preferably from Detailing shed's stock as I'm about to order the lance from there and said I'd get some foam while I'm at it, no point in paying postage twice!

    Went with this.
Looking forward to my package. :D

Anyone here know of any good proper mechanics in or around Clonmel? Might be taking a look at a car down there soonish

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,792 ✭✭✭Ded_Zebra

I can't believe that Mighty Car Mods bought a Figaro. I have been planing(kinda) to get a project one for ages! Now it won't have the same originality if I do :(

My oulfella was nearly killed in one of those.

Took a hard impact to the driver's door while pulling out of a pub carpark - hard enough to twist the frame of the car.

is that my car? I did go for a few fun drives during my vacation from boards!

I sure hope its not, you'd want to be checking those rear links if you're at that :)

I always reserve that craic for a quiet beach, easy on the car!

if you are going to go for a landy, I would get the full Range Rover model, but that's just me.

I don't like the range rover tbh. Much prefer the discovery with 7 seats and all that

Headin to Paris tomorrow with the woman. Anyone know where to spot some old French classics there?
I know Peugeot and Citroen have dealerships with some restored classics.

Peugeot, citreon and merc are on the main strip. When I was there a few weeks ago there was a classic car auction too !

I'm frequent Dublin a good bit and bull Island early in the morning is good.
Nothing can best inch beach near dingle in kerry though, literally miles of beach to throw the car around and go mad without causing harm!

    You need a beach!
