Start a couple of threads, you seem a sensible person (I'd make a mess of it and get the read/not read messages backwards).

The 2 week gap is between episode 8 and 9 due to Labour Day or something similar Stateside.
It will be a tough 2 weeks.

Blahhh, that's too close to the series finale to be leaving us hanging like that

Memorial Day. Labour Day (or Labor as they call it) is the first Monday in September/

Granny Tyrell is my favourite character I think. "discreet buggery":D. Ros' death seems like it was rushed. I know she wasn't popular with fans of the books.

Good thing I haven't watched episode 7 yet then. Will space them out to avoid withdrawal

I am getting so much enjoyment from watching theon being tortured that it's worrisome.

He had a very strange way of going about it.

Not saying that he's deserved everything that's happened to him, but he definitely deserved something bad to happen.

Thats the way of the Iron islands though. He was taken as a child and when he was sent back by Rob there was a conflict between what he thought he was supposed to be and what he actually was. In an effort to prove he was the air to the Iron Islands and not a glorified squire for the Starks he took Winterfell and it all went rather wrong for him. I dont know how anyone wouldnt pity him given his realisation of what he's done and how he felt about the Starks.

Don't get me wrong. I'm not enjoying the torture at all. I think it's way way over the top. And I feel very sorry for him.

I just think he behaved abominably and I was initially glad to see him get his comeuppance. But what has happened since is just wrong.
