I reckon that blonde in the crowd is back....

Rory is wearing Ashley blue today. Coincidence ? Or subconscious choice ?

Jesus, I was talking about his pitch! That's poor

What a shambles! At least if Sergio does something like that in the Ryder Cup, it will only cost one hole. Likewise Rory's four putts.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,138 ✭✭✭SaveOurLyric

Rory would be tied for the lead had he putted on the 12th like a club hacker.

Not being a major, I actually though Sergio had a chance of winning this one. But even this is too big a tournament for him.

Am I just imagining it or has there been some dreadfully amateurish shots played today by quite a few players?

Did you see Palmers xxxxx into the hazard earlier? Have never seen that at a pro event before!

Ah but how desperate could it be at this stage. 18th when you have it wrapped up and he's sprinting up the fairway to the applause.

He could have held it ;)

I'd love if he was putting out and he had little dribbles on his red trousers from not shaking properly

Ah now they're very common, rare to have a tournament without one I'd say.

dustin at 30th in fedex cup standings but wont be playing nxt week. silly why they don't just go to the 31st place then

@McIlroyRory: Just incase anyone missed my 4 putt yesterday, I had to do it again 🙈 decent week overall, still in a great position going to Atlanta.

Approach bed, back off, approach bed, twitch, back off, run at bed, back off again

Priceless, I'm bloody crying here with the laughter.

Imagine how his missus feels when they are getting jiggy with it!! He must tease her something rotten ;)

He'd be some man for doing the hokey pokey alright :D

I don't understand how the points in this thing work. How is Kirk still No.1 in the rankings? Yes he won the weekend before last, but he finished well down the table yesterday whereas Horshel won yesterday and finished quite high up the rankings the weekend before - surely he should be No.1?

It's based over the whole season not just the past couple of weeks

Ah! I just hadn't heard of Kirk before the first game so thought he was a new face. I obviously haven't been watching enough American golf.

    It's mad

If this had happened 5 or 6 months ago, you'd have people on here saying how McIlroy is finished/will never win another major/doesn't have the short game to be a true great and other such nonsense.
