According to the Indo, Waterford had hired wormers
This morning’s decision by the ECJ could cost the government up to €280 million if full pension cover is provided to the former wormers.

Does this lad realise blocking mobile signals is illegal?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,130 ✭✭✭Yakuza

A signal blocker - would that not be illegal? (But I agree with the sentiment, smartphone usage takes the fun out of pub quizzes).

I've been at a few recently where you put your phone in a ziploc bag and leave it on the table.

6 months time, guarantee Mary will have been out at the pub, had a heart attack, and nobody will have been able to get through to 999 on their mobiles due to a pesky pub quiz.

    More fodder for Joe! :D

The pub quiz I used to go to introduced questions which can't be googled, like name the song / band.
