    Good luck with it, it would be a great asset in the Phoenix Park, especially as it's already so popular for fitness training of all kinds.

    Would love to join in over the summer at some stage. Can't do a pull up. Never heard of the 'muscle up'. Have nearly perfected the 'hang on looking dopey'!

    How about putting out paddys bars routine and maybe post them on Facebook or here.

    Everyone is at different levels, that doesn't stop you from training. There's progressions to each exercise so there's always something you can do no matter what.

    Think it's coz the routine is called 'on the go' so can be done anywhere. There's loads of those routines on Madbarz Facebook page and website.
