    Big double on -

    Frankfurt to win
    Maccabi Tel Aviv to win

    3/1 at Paddys

I'm really liking the look of FC Sherrif to beat Anzhi at 2/1 this evening. Since the firesale this summer Anzhi have been pure unadulterated shoite and I really can't see them bringing anything back from Moldova tonight.

Also gone with an ambitious 18/1 4 fold of:
    Spurs -2
    FC Sherrif
    Waregem
    Standard Leige

Not sure if I want to touch the Europa League, as it looks very dodgy, but like the odds on Michu Anytime @ 3.60. Valencia are hardly rock solid in defence, and we all know what guy can score.

This is tempting me as well. Michu has done me well in the past, so will wait to see a teamsheet first though.

For the less adventurous here, over 1.5 goals for Fiorentina looks decent at 4/9 looks pretty good to me.

Pacos Ferreira have conceded 15 goals in their 6 games so far this year. In 3/4 games away from home they have conceded 2 or more, and the only game they didn't was a 1-0 loss to Olhanense (their only win so far this year, having finished one place outside of relegation last year).

Fiorentina on the other hand have scored 10 in 5 games. 5 came against Genoa, they have been a bit incosistent only scoring 2 at home in 1/3 games but this Pacos Ferreira team looks so bad I'll be very disappointed if this doesn't come in.

As a side note don't put any money on Mario Gomez to score..he is out for six weeks due to a knee injury! was just about to back him!

    Let's go Michu!

    double of
    valencia and zulte 13/8+4/5 betv

was tempted just to have a decent single on valencia

never even heard of zulte but if they can beat anderlecht at
home then surely they can take care of wigan and 13/8 looks
    a nice price

Under 3.5 in Dinamo Zagreb vs Chernomorets Odessa
Under 3.5 in Sheriff Tiraspol vs Anzhi

Zulte is Anderlechts bogey team :D

PSV had no trouble getting rid of Zulte in the CL qualifiers.

Not saying they cant win against Wigan but dont let the results against Anderlecht fool you.

Belgian football is terrible though, pretty sure Wigan would win the Belgian league

the confidence to lump on valencia esp given their bad
    start to the season
the europa league is one i just cant won money on so im willing
to lose the fiver to have my fix :)

    yikes!
    that bad?

I'd have thought maybe the likes of everton/swansea might
be good enough to win that league but wigan?

lots of average French Ligue 2 players go there and become stars there... I still remember how Lyon beat Anderlecht 7-0 or how last season, Bordeaux beat league leaders Bruges 3-0 in Belgium.

Nothing taking my fancy 2night in the Europa League. Anyone got some good suggestions?

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,185 ✭✭✭tinodz

    One more bet for me.

Thorgan Hazard Wincast @5.50 (Wigan game)

Feel he will get the most chances tonight

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,145 ✭✭✭munsterlegend

    Gone for two bets:

Accumulator of Kiev, Tel Aviv, Frankfurt, Seville, Fiorentina and Liege to win. works out over 16/1

Also a double of both Rossi for Fiorentina and Rakitic of Sevilla to score. works out 7.8/1

I think Seville are a good bet to win away from home. was watching Estoril the other night and they looked very poor against 10 men.

    Best of luck everyone.

Inforfun did Christian Eriksen take free kicks for Ajax?

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,194 ✭✭✭FatRat

Bit of a longshot but a small stake on Thorgan Hazard FGS @8/1. He has 6 goals and 7 assist in 8 appearances this season.

Zulte - Anderleacht and V.v is a match i always consider taking Zulte the last couple of seasons.
Never do and always regret it.
    Something like that sticks :D

Spurs -1 depending on the team they announce in the next couple of mins.

    edit - forget that bet!

Spurs starting XI: Lloris; Naughton, Kaboul, Dawson, Rose; Sandro, Dembélé; Lamela, Holtby, Sigurdsson; Defoe
Spurs subs: Friedel, Vertonghen, Paulinho, Townsend, Eriksen, Soldado, Kane

Not saying it can't win by two if the bench is used but wouldn't bet on it. Literally.

  • Registered Users Posts: 12,033 ✭✭✭✭eh i dunno

    Small bet on Spurs/Lazio/PAOK

  • Registered Users Posts: 247 ✭✭Bykobap

    Lyon to score 4/9
    AZ to score 4/11
    Paok 4/11
    Totti match 3+ goals 4/11
    Lithuania basketball 4/9
    4/1 PP

    Two bets for me today....

Gais Win (vs Hammarby) @ 5.20

Hammarby home games are usually very low scoring affairs, but Gais are pretty high scorers when playing Away. It a speculative bet, as Hammarby are a much better team than Gais, but I feel like it is one of those games when the underdog could turn over the bigger team. In terms of season form, Hammarby have got 16 points from 11 Home games, where as Gais have 15 points from 11 Away games - so IMO they are much closer than the odds suggest.

Not sure if I want to touch the Europa League, as it looks very dodgy, but like the odds on Michu Anytime @ 3.60. ( :D:D:D ) Valencia are hardly rock solid in defence, and we all know what guy can score.

Level stakes on those two bets,

One win - which means a bit of profit. Thanks Michu! :D

Something happened in the Gais game - and is showing as Interrupted on Flashscore. Is 1-1 (and only a few minutes to go). I think that is a loss uless something great happens in the next few minutes

  • Registered Users Posts: 9,351 ✭✭✭magherakid

    Lamela anytime 5/4

Putting those Small Michu winnings on Defoe first Goal @ 4.50

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,185 ✭✭✭tinodz

The last ten minutes of Hammarby - GAIS will be played at 21:05 Swedish time

Got suspended due to fan unrest

    Some hope left!
