    Mine too.

Your pic makes me sad. I miss the days of lots of toys now it's tiny things that cost a bomb and look pretty misrrable under the tree.

There is no doubt that Santy makes christmas its not the same when the kids grow up

Ah feck it. I'm just relaxing back in bed and I've just realised I've forgotten to fill the dogs' stocking!

That’s the worst thing I’ve ever read on Boards  How could you.

4 year old son woke at 6:30 and said he didn't want to check as it was still night time and his sister was still asleep. He hopped into bed with us for an hour. Champion.

Literally only a few posts in and everyone's found something to give out about, thereby ignoring the actual focus of the OP :D

Merry Christmas ye filthy animals, I f*cking love ye all

Meanwhile in the Miriam O Callaghan house Miriam is up early preparing the vegetables as she gets ready to entertain Margareth Cash and family for the dinner. Main topic at the dinner table will be the unreliability of contraception

Another house where Santy doesn't wrap the pressies:confused:
Is this a new thing(just saw a few fb posts from friends earlier and the goodies were not wrapped)?

Half the fun when I was a kid was tearing off the paper:D

Santa is too busy assembling the toys to wrap them. Otherwise Santa would have to spend Christmas Day assembling the toys after they've been unwrapped instead of doing his own things. Sometimes Santa leaves a surprise in a wrapped present but this surprise will generally require no assembly.

We have a young lad with Downs Syndrome, no interest in the presents. Just loves the opening and unwrapping of them. He gets to open all the presents!!!

Oh I think being a parent you need to drink to be in the mood to do the Santa stuff. I don't drink so that's me out.

I almost never drink and I definitely wouldn't for doing Santa. It's the absolute best and most exciting night possible.

Came on here to see if this thread was here yet. Santa won't be here for a few more hours yet but I've been to the shop for cookies to leave out for him so disaster averted

Did anyone ever smell Santa’s scent in the living room on Christmas Morning after he came? You’d get the smell of the soot from the fire and that aroma would make you think he came.
