The real sales start on the 9th of Jan.
Can anyone expand on this? Does it apply to laptops? ;)

Does anyone know if/when Dunnes sale is starting?
Don't bother with Dunnes, sale signs all over the window and about two little sale rails in the store. They used to do great sales before but they would have them when the initial after xmas fuss died down, not sure if it's still the case anymore.

IIRC correctly Dunnes sales generally did not start until about the 2nd week of January.
