Not a whole lot... jokingly insinuating the Queen possibly contracted a STI seems to be the one most mentioned.

Yeah just tracked that one down. People have really gotten easy to offend lately.

Apparently Whitehall said that himself and James Corden were drunk during filming as well. Haven't seen it myself but hopefully it's on 4oD.

They opened a bottle of wine and drank it during the show

I enjoyed it, not as good as it was in it's heyday but still a million times better than last year- I thought that one was really awful.

As for Whitehall, anyone offended by what he said needs to get a life, it was a thing of nothing. And as for them being "drunk" when on air, they can't have been that well on, maybe a bit tipsy but they were grand. And the Watershed is the Watershed- some people saying that "it was barely after the Watershed", sure once it's after it who cares if it's 5 minutes or 50 minutes after.

I agree that they could have made an effort to have a female comedian on, or at least a comedy actress or something- don't know why they had to use Gabby Logan.

Would like to have seen Sean Lock/Jon Richardson but then I suppose it'd be too like 8 out of 10 Cats with Jimmy Carr there too. In fairness though, I liked everyone on it this year mostly. Not a huge fan of James Cordon (find him a bit obnoxious and just laughs really loudly at everyone else's jokes without making his own) but he's growing on me.

Overall thought it was good entertainment.

I just watched it there and I have to agree with Meangadh, anyone who was offended by this show is far too sensitive. Also, I never realised your man Richard Ayoade is actually pretty funny!

I see the the dailyfail hated the show looking for it banned millions outrage ofcom flooded with complaints but wait

Ofcom, an independent communications regulator in the UK, had received just five complaints by the time the Mail went to print

the paper should banned for the rubbish it prints and lies it makes up to ruffle up it closed mind biggot readers

my favouitre quote regarding the mail
"The Commons Speaker, John Bercow, has risked his political neutrality by describing the Daily Mail as a "sexist, racist, bigoted, comic cartoon strip".

He also apologised for breaking the trade descriptions act by describing the Mail as a "newspaper"."

Didn't think Whitehall was as funny as he can be, but himself and Richard Ayoade were still the only 2 who were funny on it for me.

Jimmy is always good as well I suppose but that f'ing laugh. If you're going to invent a laugh for yourself does it really have to be so annoying. I remember watching a panel show a few years ago when Sean Lock was dumbfounded by the laugh - he said something like he'd know Jimmy for years and had never heard him laugh like that before!

Agree with everything Meangadh said. After watching, it's hard to believe it's generated so much media attention and apparent "controversy".

Thought the panel was solid this year. Particularly loved that little swipe Richard Ayoade took at himself about the film The Watch with Ben Stiller at the start! :D
