  • Moderators, Computer Games Moderators, Social & Fun Moderators Posts: 81,168 Mod ✭✭✭✭Sephiroth_dude

    I do

    50g of butter
    200G of self raising flour
    3 packets of cherries
    a can of fresh cream
    a jar of chocolate sprinkles

    How does that sound :D?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 9,711 ✭✭✭C.K Dexter Haven

Not like the Black Forest I'm used too.

Where's the cocoa powder, the eggs, the double cream and most importantly, the kirch? :(

No but I did try to make heston blumenthal black forest gateau!

I got to layer 4! and used aero for the aerated chocolate layer. It was swimming in kirsh! Glug Glug Glug!

It wasn't bad, though the amount of ****ing eggs!

Have you tried making any of heston blumenthal stuff?

    No

Should I give it a lash?

    No

Should I give it a lash?

    Yes, you'll just need

A Hoover (A dyson will do)
    A Plastic Bag
    A **** load of eggs
    Loads of Kirsch
    An Aero Bar

First take the hoover and place the plastic bag over the noozel, turn the hoover on.

Now in front of the plastic bag place an egg, this should suction on to the hoover until it cracks

while your wait for it to crack, pour yourself a nice generous glass of Kirsch

Now open the aero bar (if you're having difficult there are instruction on the bar showing you how to open it)

Break some of the chocolate away from the other squares

Dip the square into the Kirsch

    Has the egg cracked yet?

It hasn't, and I've had this Hoover on now for a good 24 hours; I've also run out of Kirsch and aero bars in the meantime- could I replace them with Rum and Cadburys Whole-nut? :D

At this point your possible very very very drunk. Rum will help you to stay drunk but you will need a spiced rum like Capitan Morgan's as for Cadbury's Whole-nut, I'd suggest Milka with Diam, however this has become increasing difficult to get, so you may have to pop up to Sainbury's in Newry they might have some left or a specialist shop from Sweden.

If the egg has yet to crack just make sure it is actually an egg and not a ping pong ball, ping pong balls will not crack and have little nutritional value but are appearing in more and more egg cartons.

How do you feel about the great Ping Pong Egg Scandal?

Do you ever wonder what its like in my head?

I don't think I'm qualified to answer that. As long qs your crazy doesn't impact me, keep hoovering eggs to your hearts content.

Have you a Hoover you can put on reverse suction & use it as an egg rocket launcher?
