Do you use salt on your food?

I gave up using salt on my food nearly 2 years ago. Are you a user and what would be your daily dose?

My salt loving parents and grandparents all developed angina in their 40s.

I don't eat processed food if I can avoid it and I cook like a demon so I feel free to season where necessary and leave it out where I can, like never salting the water for veggies and pasta and rice.

All bets are off when I eat chips though, f*cked if I'm gonna eat non-crystalised chips.
