Had to delete the game and reinstall but its all working now. I see it wasn’t just me it happened to from twitter

Wish they would sort the other problems. I have to use the Town Hall to find these characters so that I can start anything. So frustrating!

yeah, thats what is happening to me. Its a pain in the hole! to do a job I have trouble and to find people after its a nightmare

Tip: - Buy up all the land in KL, before nuking it. Gives 100 free land tokens!


+ Also convert KL tickets to cash, before the nuke!

Edit: -

If we place the KL entrance in springfield, we are still able to covert tickets to cash with it!


Also your able to earn KLtickets from KL building and send characters on rides, if you place them.

Do you know your "mayhem" Id for your game? Maybe from a old screen shot or something.

Can you still sign in to https://www.origin.com/irl/en-us/ with your ID?


Looks like thEAy maybe fogging you off if they lost your details.


Is your id for the game, the same as here? I thought we where friends in the game? but I can not find you.


Maybe add a comment on Addicts post and they may get back to you with a solution.

I have my Mayhem account number. I can login to EA using my username and password online. I got another reply when I commented that I should have it linked etc. Surely the fact I have a mayhem ID means I am?

I used to be friends of yours? maybe you binned me haha. Did you not create a new one a few years back?

Now when I log into tapped out my picture which is on my origin account is missing AND when I go into my origin account using that link it says I have no games now!

When I did the first email I accidentally duplicated a digit in it. So I just wrote again to them and I gave them my correct Mayhem ID.

I hope they get it sorted. All these years down the drain as I can't continue to play like this,

Same account used from the very start. Possibly I might have culled you as an inactive player at some stage. But have not culled people in months.

You must have thought I was inactive I guess. I never delete anyone lol.
I paid for donuts etc at various points. I don't think I will continue if they don't do something. I would rather roll back to April than play like this. I dom't out anyone on tasks as it is too hard to get them out of them once completed. Level 194 I think I am on as well

After a few excruciating emails back and forth and calling EA in Dublin to sort this out, I got my game rolled back to 31st March. I went from level 194 to level 186.

They gave me 600 donuts and I am kind of back at the start of the event. I can't seem to trigger the log ride but have the other two. Don't care if I don't have the extra pieces. I lost a character I think from acts 1 or 2 but I can play the game again which I much prefer.

Since this event started I have serious lag in my game. It's really slow. It's so annoying for moving stuff around.

When I go to neighbours springfield it's fine. Anyone else have this?

Same, I'm on the verge of packing it in as it's head-wreckingly slow. I play on my phone and never had ant issues before.

Playing fine for me. Especially after the roll back. Maybe it will be fine once the event ends?

Got back in by clearing app data and re-downloading 1.5gb!

Have to do the same on my backup device.

It may have to do with the age check, since EA probably doesn't have a script to add 1.
