    Having the same problem in Springfield, nothing showing when I log in so I go to krustyland and then back. All the completed jobs etc are there then.

    Log out of the game and log back in solves it too.

    Update just landed!

    Springfield Heights chapter2!

    More land in both SF and SH :)

    New free character.

    Christmas event starts next week.

    Heights condo, business center and parking lots are now skin-able.

    Plus the tunnel can be moved.


    Edit: New pier for the Heights, plus away to create new tiles!

    I've been using this gap between events to do some Krustyland stuff, largely because I'm sick of looking at the quests in my taskbook. :pac:

    I know how you feel. Springfield heights is a time sink. Waiting for things in it is stupid.

    I gave up on SH very quickly. The short timers are a pain. I'd prefer if there were 1 or 2 hour long jobs, even if they only gave a slight increase in payout.

    Very big update, I have it downloading on both my devices for the last half hour. iPhone is very temperamental, Android just taking ages.

    EDIT: Given up on iOS, not going anywhere. Will try again later.

    For anyone still doing Springfield Heights with the Christmas event there is a bug which might help. When you're upgrading the exclusive resort your marketing item doesn't get used up. So as long as you have the 70 items (whatever they are, maps/books?) you can keep updating.
    You get next to no cash value for the heights upgrading this so it's the only thing that makes it worthwhile.

    There's a lot going on with the Christmas event, lots of quests but they all seem to use different characters which is good. No more needing Homer or Lisa for 3 quests at the same time.

    Android here. The update DL'd from the store fine, but when I launch the app it hangs at 143.2/749.6MB, and keeps disconnecting from the server. Boo-urns.

    Yeah update was over 600mb last night for me.

    Went quicker for me over 4G than WiFi, but my router is crap! :D

    Liking the event so far, nearly got the Leftorium already!

    Neither my tablet or phone will download the update. Been trying for over an hour now. Just keeps disconnecting. Tried a fresh install on the tablet, tried restarting phone, tried hard closing the app and restarting, no joy.

    This is the first time I've had issues logging in since I started playing earlier this year. :\

    I'm only at this a couple of days and I'm up to level 12 but I've probably been silly with my money and donuts. Im a few days trying to get the money together to buy Bart's Treehouse and I assume that will give me Bart. Until I get him I can't do some of the other challenges. I'm only a thousand away now so doing 60m tasks with all my characters should get me there.

    I guess I bought too much land too soon.

    I was like that not so long ago but before i knew it I was upto level 50 with loads of income. You don't need to buy loads of houses.

    That would be a very low limit. I had hundreds left over after Halloween but used all my presents on one friend thinking I'd get more later for the others.
