    Fry up

I spy some runny eggs! :) I too enjoyed runny eggs when preggo. No reason why not!
They can take my runny eggs from my cold, dead hands.

I’ve given in on sushi, rare steak, soft cheese, I am _not_ ruining eggs.

I’m hungover so I’m having a bowl of vanilla ice cream and a mug of tea :D. Nothing like ice cream for a hangover! I just need to follow it up with something salty though.

Frankfurters, boiled eggs, toasted hard bread with Lurpak unsalted butter, Nescafe (made with cloudy water boiled in a pot) and UHT milk. A gallon of water. Some weird chocolate that hasn't melted in 30°.

Yep- classic mid holiday breakfast fare.

Porridge with a small banana sliced into it.
Switched recently to making the porridge on unsweetened almond milk. Was fully expecting it to be horrible, but it is surprisingly tasty.

Chorizo baked eggs with a slice of spelt bread. I copied something I had recently for brunch in a local restaurant and it turned out fine.
Fry some chorizo chunks with peppers, onions and small cubed pieces of potato. Add passata and herbs and cook for about 10 mins. Stick it in an oven proof dish, making hollows for the eggs. Crack the eggs in and bake for about 10 mins.
No pics but it looked something like this

The search around the kitchen for breakfast this morning led me to this: Poached eggs with Parma ham on toast, topped with homemade hollandaise sauce. Sprinkling of paprika too because yum.

Nothing too fancy this morning, just stuck the oven on, threw in a roasting tray with sausages, rashers and a few on the vine piccolo tomatoes.

Couple of eggs over easy and made a sausage/rasher bap out of some of the meat, with sweet tomatoes relish on the bottom, and some Frank's red hot sauce on top.

Good squirt of chef brown sauce and a strong mug of tea.

    Couldn't beat it.

Protein Pancakes (Made with porridge oats) and scrambled egg with added cottage cheese.

Was nice but the pancakes definitely needed something on top, hence the peanut butter.
