    I accidentally deleted it, up until Thursday I could just click into the payment and print it out but now it's gone, I thought that would stay there, oh well!

    Hi there,

    Didn't want to start a new thread, but would appreciate some help.

    I am fully registered as a postgrad student (have my student card) but I never received a college username and password. My course co-ordinator also informed me that while she can see my name on the system, there is no college username for me, so she can't include me in class lists.

    I used the 'Ask" button on the my.tcd.ie portal to log my problem, but got no response. Heading in to college tomorrow. What department do I approach to get this sorted?

    Your best bet is to go straight to IS Services. They're in Áras an Phiarsaigh (just after the Beckett Theatre if you're coming from Pearse Street, or turn in to the pedestrian walkway just after the GMB if you're coming from Front Square). I'm not entirely sure who to contact once you're in there, but they're in charge of all the IT stuff, so ask at reception.

    Other than that, check with the Admissions Office to see if there's any reason you weren't put on the list of new entrants.

    I'm heading into SS, do I have to do anything else besides pay my fees? I assumed I would have to actually register too, but I haven't received an email and I'm due to collect my student card tomorrow....Emailed tcd twice but no answer.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

    You need to do preregistration and then register on the tcd portal...then your student card will be available to collect but if you haven't gone through the process then i don't think it'll be there.

    Ah I assumed as much! Thanks for the reply, I'll just have to ring them tomorrow. Out on placement at the moment so don't wanna go in if its not going to be there!
