Rookie mistake, don't flip omelettes, you pop them under the grill and cook the top!

I prefer to flip it oddly - I like my omlette folded over for some reason - more room on the plate for chips....god I haven't had chips in ages!

Well by right, it's actully pronounced tayho where I'm form.

I've had tayho's up north before, possibly, maybe, a small bit nicer ;)

The nicest though are Lays, I make myself sick everytime I'm stateside by stiffing my face with them :D

Nordy tayto trumps all, even Walkers/Lays.

Nordy tayto cheese and onion is the best :)

Lets not go too crazy ;)

So I'm thinking of organising a mini beers on the 28th of December, its a Friday.

I haven't seen most of the regulars here in ages and its about the only night I have nothing on between now and new years.

    Venue would be Cassidys,Pem :P

    Any takers?
I would, but I will probably be Shannonside. And I haven't been to Cassidy's in ages :(
    Morning all!!
@Nec - sounds good to me! But you should really try make this saturday (shameful plug!)
    I don’t think I can make Saturday either, but we’ll see :/

With scallions and chives ok for ya B?
Oh and lashings of black pepper too.
They sound fab, Suave! I LOVE eggs. They’re one of my major food obsessions. Along with coffee, chorizo, cheese, dark chocolate and herbal teas. And chickpeas. I love chickpeas in all their forms.

I am really bad at folding omelettes properly :(:o I think it’s because I usually have slightly too many extras in it. So now I usually just make a four egg frittata, grate cheese over the top and keep the leftovers in the fridge for snacks :D
Must buy the baords tee. I love it.

Afternoon all 0/ Tomorrow is Bruce Springsteen Ticket Day. I am very excited \0/

    Chickpeas Hermoine! I grew them!
Well, when I say I grew them- I had a plant that didnt like Ireland very much. It did produce about 12 chickpeas though. They were AMAZING

I admire your love of Chorizo - that's one tasty food stuff right there!

If you're overloading it try to get the fillings to one side so that you have a light side to flip over

I'm also glad to see another omlette flipper on the thread. Take that Pem!! :pac:
