Rookie mistake, don't flip omelettes, you pop them under the grill and cook the top!

I prefer to flip it oddly - I like my omlette folded over for some reason - more room on the plate for chips....god I haven't had chips in ages!

I also don't like eggs >.<

They sound fab, Suave! I LOVE eggs. They’re one of my major food obsessions. Along with coffee, chorizo, cheese, dark chocolate and herbal teas. And chickpeas. I love chickpeas in all their forms.

I am really bad at folding omelettes properly

I think it’s because I usually have slightly too many extras in it. So now I usually just make a four egg frittata, grate cheese over the top and keep the leftovers in the fridge for snacks

Must buy the baords tee. I love it.

Chickpeas Hermoine! I grew them!
Well, when I say I grew them- I had a plant that didnt like Ireland very much. It did produce about 12 chickpeas though. They were AMAZING :cool:

I admire your love of Chorizo - that's one tasty food stuff right there!

If you're overloading it try to get the fillings to one side so that you have a light side to flip over

I'm also glad to see another omlette flipper on the thread. Take that Pem!! :pac:
