The vast majority of tutorial videos regards console mods are like this, with heavy metal or rap. Annoys the fukc outta me & end up muting the vid

yeah , If Dragonforce didn't exist at least 40% of those vids would play out in silence.

Red Dwarf X begins tonight. Will it be back to form or back to earth?

Yeah, that's literally the worst post I've ever made on this website.

But do you remember the computer they used to give away as a prize?
It was called the Enterprise AFAIK.

Following anything from Season 6 & before is gonna be a serious act to follow for Red Dwarf. Personally I'll be watching with expectations low, & hopefully be pleasantly surprised. It sure beats watching anything else on tonight at nine oclock for me anyway

It's strange how the gap between seasons 6 and 7 seemed to last forever, when it was only 4 years. But the gap between 8 and 10 (ignoring '9') is 10 years but seems like nothing.

Anyone had any issues with mega slow deliveries with anpost lately.
I posted a few bits off that I sold on ebay and adverts and the people are only starting to get them now. They were all sent last Monday morning I think so that's mental slow and some of them are only going from Shankill to the other side of the city.

Don't think I got that game yet now that you mention it. It will second time this summer that it has taken well over a week for something to be delivered within Ireland, so yeah I have noticed a slow down.

I guess the 4 years took so long between 6 and 7 because I was mostly in school and time moved slower back then because it was so boring and depressing.

Oh and Maude Flanders died 12 years ago... there's one that will make you feel old!

Red Dwarf is only a year younger then I am. I only ever caught repeats (plus scattered episodes my Dwarf-obsessed cousins may have had on VHS), and didn't see the early episodes until I got the DVDs when I was in secondary school. Thought the first two series had aged badly at that point, although definitely picked up with series 3 through 6. Always loved Gunmen of the Apocalypse though.

Was looking through a seller who had some Sonic animation cels and came accross the following beauty. Doesn't look right, does it?!

    T-Shirt Bazooka!

Who remembers Knightmare? This is a brilliant parody:

    Knightmare rocked...hard

Was Knightmare the one where the players had to cross a sort of neon grid, but if they took a wrong step they'd get enveloped in a cape by a Darth Vader rip off?

That was awesome, whatever it was.

That sounds like The Adventure Game. It was f*cking insane!

Knightmare was the one where they put the helmet on and went into a VR medieval world. Was absolutely brilliant.

Thought I'd chuck this in here rather than make a thread.

Anyone know where I could get a snes 60hz mod done in town? Not arsed doing it myself, would only end in tears

I didn't hate Back to Earth so I'm cautiously optimistic about the new series. Red Dwarf has plenty of cringeworthy moments (the 'Boys from the Dwarf' stuff being a standout) but I love it anyway, so I'm willing to give it some leeway.

Same sort of thing, but a google or two turned up this as the culprit:

The least surprising thing ever happened.

Gamestop in Northside Shopping Centre has closed down.

Breaker, breaker. Tombi (or Tomba in this case, since somehow, it's a US import) is on the PS Store now. Doesn't seem to be Vita compatible though, since I can't download it on my Vita or transfer it from my PS3.

That was only ever a short term lease.
They opened it to see how it went and, apparently, all it did was hurt sales in Clarehall and Donamede.

There was absolutely nothing to buy in the place.

Great if you wanted to buy thirty seven copies of FIFA 2009 though.
