Anyone know is it worth appealing if I got 37% in a module? Seriously don't want to be studying over the summer!! :( I'm a first year student and have emailed round loads but no ones getting back to me either about the rechecking either? Do I have to go meet my lecturer and sort my results with him or what??? So confused!!

But you can't just appeal - an appeal does not involve anyone ever remarking a paper - its an appeal on formal grounds - being sick etc

You could be waiting months for rechecks. I know it's a pain and trust me I feel your pain (Got my results today and failed two - one was 33% and another 35%), it's easier to just do a few days study and pass the paper. Repeats are free and it'll save you time in the long run to just sit em and get it over with :)
