No idea how this is going to go down. Kos looked pretty poor in his last fight, but I think he will do enough to get a 29-28 decision.

Hendrick's KO would be awfully nice though :)

You can legally watch it for free on ufc.tv or UFC's facebook page by the way.

That would have been Kos's 20th win in UFC. wow.

Thought Koscheck won rounds 1 and 3 though. Title shot ?

Somebody should tell Koscheck that he's allowed to hit people with that left measuring stick of his.

Wonder who Hendrick's gets next, taking out Kos and Fitch doesn't leave much choice. Be a good fight him vs Martin Kampmann, both coming off strong wins in the division.

    This fight will be fun.

A tweet from Jens Pulver, was only thinking this myself the other week

Have you ever noticed that in a split decision Bruce buffer always announces the score to the person who is going to win the split decision 1st?

Ive tried to put that pattern to it before but have been proved wrong on many occasions :pac:

There's no one else Hendricks can fight at this stage really. Maybe himself and Ellenberger can fight for a title shot.

Just thinking....... Diaz vs Petis would be interesting ?

There are an absolute load of amazing title eliminator fights at 155, its a shame Bendo is rematching Edgar, clogs up the division.

That Ref looks like he's about to be sick :D

    I don't think he does.
Maybe it's more often due to how he switch scored when a fighter wins on the first two cards.

Very good card, lots of interesting match ups in store.

Nate Diaz "thanks for my girlfriend for helping me make weight" lol

Also, I much prefer the fox coverage. I really like the "studio" bit with the black dude and Stann and Randy. Means less time listening to Goldie.
They also have decent background stories on the fighters before each match.
Think that was the first good Fox card, the last two were ****e.

Pettis v Diaz would make a lot of sense

When you say Title, you mean Condit's belt right?

Just got to watch this. so so so impressed by Diaz. He just gets better and better every time he comes out. Not so long ago he was one of those kinds of fighters who couldn't get it going, but he's put a great run together and i'd like to see him fight for the title sooner rather than later while he's running hot!

Edit: Dana confirmed Diaz is next in line for the title shot at the presser. He has agreed to sit out until he can fight the winner of Bendo - Edgar.

Pettis won't be happy about that.

Twice now he's been due a shot only to be let down.

TBH I thought Bendo won fair and square there's no need for a reply.

On one hand I do feel for him. Told he was getting a shot twice and it not happening. On the otherhand, I don't disagree with the series of event we had. He lost the shot for himself really.

Edgar Maynard 2 was a draw, rematch made huge sense. He should never have been announced as fighting next so soon afterwards.

He was guaranteed the shot it he wait for it. He chose to fight Guida and lost the shot. Giving it to Bendo instead. I'm not saying he was wrong for choosing to fight. I respect that. But he also has to take the risk of losing.

As for post-Edgar v Bendo. It wasn't a situation where the judges clearly got it wrong like Machida/Shogun 1. I personally thoguh Edgar won but the judges didn't.
However, I do think that Frankie's claim to the rematch is stronger than any contender. Pettis only beating Jeremy Stevens and Joe Lauzon after his loss. That's not enough for me.
And right now. Diaz has put himself clearly on top of the pile.

hmmm if only there were a way that you could match them up somehow to see who deserves the title shot..........

I think it'd be fairly harsh to deny Frankie a rematch after the UFC made him do two himself.
