How can you say Ella will fade but James won't? To me, they're both as equally talented as each other, and so far she seems to be the better songwriter of the two given what we've seen.

I think it is the former. I have watched the X Factor and its previous incarnations from day one but I think it is time to call it a day. There have always been popular acts that were poor vocally Chico, Wagner, Same Difference etc but to see a singer like Ella leave at this point....
