Grant Holt has handed in a transfer request seemingly... Interesting to see where he goes to if he leaves.

Methinks he is just looking for a bigger contract

It's shame losing Kagawa. I'd have loved to have seen this..

    Lewandowski

    Gotze
    Kagawa
    Reus

    Gündogan -- Bender

Would have been pretty frighning tbh. I'm still looking forward to seeing them in the CL next year and hopefully they can hold on to the likes of Hummels and Lewandowski.

Hazard in London for talks with Chelsea. Someone should have told him that Chelsea are all in Germany atm.

He takes mercenary to a new level.

he might well be an excellent talent, but his attitude stinks, IMO.

It does, but it seems like his attitude will fit in well with which ever club he ends up with ;)

Bale, Modric and BAE to leave Spurs over the summer I'd say.

The more I read about Hazards antics, the more I think he'll end up at City & then decide he loves Madrid after 2 seasons.

Would he not be in France considering he has a game tomorrow?

Can't see bale leaving this summer tbh, I asked your man tommy smith of Espn on twitter about 2 weeks does he think he'll leave and he said he doesn't reckon so this summer and that another year at spurs would be good for him.

As far as I can remember I don't think he had the strongest of finishes to the season either. Personally I'd love to see him at united but I think Spain is his destination and tbh I'd love to see him do well there too.

Jordi Alba has left Valencia apparently.

My guess is to go to Barcelona
Typical Valencia, one of the biggest teams in Spain but basically a selling team.

That sounds very harshly like a criticism.

The club were practically bankrupt a couple of seasons ago, and Real Madrid and Barcelona have the league's television rights set up nicely in there favour so no other team can match them financially (Malaga are now oil-rich so maybe there's one club who can afford not to sell). Players often don't want to leave Valencia (see Silva and Albiol for example), but had no choice because the club couldn't afford to keep them.

Btw, I'm fairly certain it hasn't been confirmed anywhere that Alba has been sold yet.

I saw something on Marca saying that Emery let it slip.

Fully agree about the TV rights. It's sad to think it's only a few years ago that Valencia, Depor and even Real Sociedad were competing for League titles.

Well Valencia's Sporting Director Braulio came out and clarified that Emery was taken up wrongly and Alba's sale isn't guaranteed yet. Emery isn't the manager anymore anyway.

Wouldn't surprise if Hazard did some kind of Lebron James style decision show. Certainly seems like he has the ego for it.

Agreed. He really doesn't seem the most pleasant of people or else he has been hideously advised.

I've decided not to comment any further on Hazard's media whoring antics.

That way, if he signs with my club, I won't have to backpedal and defend him blindly and to the hilt. :P

26M euro bid was tabled officially on Friday I read, but was only from the one source at the time.

Iniesta is posting on his page saying "Good luck Alba"
I'm sure he knows the guy from the Spain squad and wouldn't be posting such if it weren't true
