    Really enjoyed yesterday, i even got sun burned:D

    For the record i ate no buns !

    All that came down from our club loved the race and couldn't believe how good the cycle and run routes were for a small race.

    A big thanks to the lady who was the lane counter on lane 1 ( and her husband was at the top of the 1st slip road on the cycle ) she sorted out my wife with gear when the zip broke in her tri suit.

    We'll be back next year and hope to bring even more from Trilogy !

    I'll even forgive the lack of soup:D
