    whats your view on protein supplements,as theres a lot of pressure now for my generation to take them,i dont really agree with them but i dont know much ?

    Whey Protein is just food.
    It's what left over from the cheese making industry.

    So that's all they are. Food.

    Can be handy if you're short on time.
    But not a magical potion or anything & shouldn't be relied upon to replace a good solid diet.

    i see< thanks !! so if i keep eating as i said earlier i should see fat loss and muscle gain ?
