Reasons to hate pool based races... reg and rack at 8am, race at 12
...and parking at this race can be a fcukin nightmare. There's a municipal car park close by (€2 for the day IIRC) but it fills up really fast. If you don't get in here you could be a while looking for a space. I'm still p1ssed off I cant do this one, I've done the last three years

A well run race today - very freindly marshalls!
Enjoyed the day, swim went ok, bike went well and at first I was a bit disappointed with how I ran but 4th fastest run will do me - for now:)
Good to meet both MCOS and Mloc for the first time too. Mloc - couldn't see your name inthe results?
MCOS - Congrats on the podium place. what happened in T2? did you stop for coffee 0 -

Luckily, I got around the course without any hassle from the weather.
Why do you think your calves cramped up in T2? Lack of training bricks?; or pushed that bit too hard on the bike?0 -

Sorry to break it to you but Dave is only using you for a training session. He joins 2/3 clubs every year so nothing new there. But his heart in black and orange. Sure he's on our committee!!0 -
