Luncheon meat. Used to be really dark pinky red but the EU banned it as it was too carcinogenic or something so they had to changed the dye mix.

Ask anyone in Waterford and they will tell ya.

Seems to me the Irish like:

    - Adidas
    - Being sweet to girls but then screwing and never talking to them again
    - Throwing candy on the ground (everyday I walk to work, I'm always seeing candy, wtf)
    - Butter
    - Fake Tan
    - Being patriotic about beef and dairy products

Must say you got good yogurt.. As for the beef, I dunno..

Glenlisk yoghurt from Offaly, easy to find, in most shops
Glenilen Farm yoghurt from West Cork, difficult to find. Comes in glass bottles, expensive but gorgeous

  • Registered Users Posts: 54 ✭✭Sided

I've had Glenlisk. They have the rhubarb and the gooseberry ones, wish they had those in larger containers.. Delicious!!!

I've had some yogurt at the Dublin Saturday Food Market there.. I don't know if that's the Glenilen Farm one.. but it was in glass bottles and pretty tasty but expensive for the amount.. but well worth it!

Ourselves. Strangely, this also fits into the "Things Irish People Hate" list.

Why do people always associate "begrudgery" with Ireland?
People say Jedward are weapons grade retards and an embarrassment which they clearly are - begrudgery
People say Bono is a World Class Twat which he absolutely is - begrudgery
    Give it a rest!

Tying a jumper round the waist.

It's better than draping it over your shoulders

I was in a coffee shop there at the weekend and sure enough some leathery faced ould lad comes in with the cashmere cape hanging of the shoulders like he's some kind of yuppied superhero, david mcwilliams haircut, keys to the expensive motor put on the table straight away like some kind of symbol of office, italian leather shows with a f***ing point on them that hasn't been seen since the height of the renaissance.

    Irish people no like.
