    You need to find a butcher that will sell you steak in bulk. I did it last year, I couldn't sustain buying an entire fillet every 2 weeks. As cheap as it was, it was still pricey.

    He does a whole lamb for 6.99 a kilo as well, I love that man. Halal too, so I get into Muslim heaven now as well.

    Aaammmm... I need to ask two favours. I'm going on Take Me Out, it's filming sometime next week, and for my talent bit i've to clean + jerk 80kg...

    so firstly, i need someone in dublin that has an oly bar and about 60kg of weights to borrow for an afternoon (preferably bumper plates so it looks heavier :pac:)....

    aaaand I need L to teach me some decent clean technique over the weekend.
