I reckon this forum is why there are now 2 threads dedicated to form for 1) the front dumbbell raise and 2) the seated bicep curl in H&F.

    You're probably right.

    Ah well.

Johnnie Jackson plans on breaking some deadlift record in the 242 raw class... hes put up all the training on his youtube, impressive gaiiins so far... the main reason I'm posting this though is because his traps are beyond insane.

I was watching the 1995 WSM with my nephew today. He's 2 and a half. He got completely into it and at the break disappeared into the hall. He got the hoover, wrapped the cable around him and did a truck pull, then took the hard section of the hose, set up in the middle of the room, gave it a "1-2-3" and did a military press with it. I was in tears laughing, so he went for the laughs and finished off the show by lying down with the hose for a quick set of bench press.

My poxy phone was at home on charge

Ohhh ok!! :) yeah that was a strange video.

I'd propose a definition along the lines of "training your body to stabilize and move in the most appropriate physiological manner, using the correct motor patterns to stabilize joints and strongest available muscles as prime movers, thereby enhancing your ability to perform a given task". Or something along those lines!!

I'm trying to buy some battling ropes for the gym and am getting some stupid prices. basically I want 2 x15m lengths of 35mm but for some reason the prices are mental. I refuse to pay €100 for one length!

Anyone know of any cheaper places?
