Was at the last two gigs they played in Marlay, both were excellent gigs. Its a decent venue as I can hear when bands play from my house :)

Same as that - you musn't be too far away from me!;)

Just spotted this online - looks great for the price apart from the wheels

Marlay Park is only around the corner from me - dead handy for gigs.;)

I think I saw The White Stripes there...... I know I saw them somewhere but to be fair, I'd left planet earth before I left the house for the gig.

Good location for gigs though............. I think :o

I went to Daft Punk there.

At the end of it the concert was called Daft Drunk, I failed my driving test that day and took to the wine.

    Was not a good idea.

I was subjected to Metallica twice when they were playing Master of Puppets. Enjoyed Apocalyptica's covers of their songs more  I'm heading to Sonisphere in Madrid in May though, they'll be playing the whole of The Black Album which I don't mind.

Wouldn't a race car be better using light metal than Heavy Metal

I don't have that problem in my house thankfully or even in the folks place. My 70 year old father likes Metallica but he prefers G N' R!:eek::eek:

Metallica and Pearl Jam - that's about as good as it gets!

Went to see PJ in the O2 last year and wasn't blown away as much as I like them. Never been dissapointed at a Metallica gig.

    Rock on Daddy Cool :D:D:D:D

My Dad has a super vinyl collection, we grew up on the Beatles / Stones / Moody Blues / Fleetwood Mac you name it he has it.

However the older he gets the more into dance music he is getting, he went to Leftfield in the Pod with my sister the last time they played about 1/2 years ago.

I think his 31 year old girlfriend might have something to do with it........

I best not get started on the love I have for Pearl Jam :D They are tattooed on me though! And they have some of the best driving songs ever - most notably, MFC from Yield, especially when preceded by Untitled a la Live on Two Legs.
