A two bar on a performance car?? LOL

It's hardly worth 13,900 is it? 150,000 miles and 2003? I would say 11,000 would be fairer.

See one quite often at the top of our Estate, and that car is advertised in Louth, so I'm guessing it's the same motor.

Nice car, and love the rear splitter on them.

Why not! I've over 300km on mine without big issues! And it's a diesel! The only issue with the V8 petrol is the coolant leaking oring but it is not a guarantee!

Rare to see an E66 fully loaded like that, they're hard to find even in the UK.

I'd buy it tomorrow morning if I hadn't decided to jump on the property ladder. :(

    Or you could have this...

4K spent in the last year and it looks mint, I know I would rather this over that big ugly BMW!

  • Registered Users Posts: 9,662 ✭✭✭Voodoomelon

It wins in the looks department, that's for sure. But looses everywhere else. :D

i think 7 series are generally mank but you'd have to admire that one. Words cant even describe the luxury. crazy price for that car. good spot

The two are chalk and cheese! The 147 GTA just put far to much power through the front wheels! It does look nice but at 7.5k a 750il is a far better proposition for most

I love Pistonheads, the effort and detail the sellers go into is incredible. Carzone or donedeal by comparison are laughable.

Think you have that the wrong way round, I reckon you and me are the only ones that would pick a 750il over a 147 on the whole of boards!

  • Registered Users Posts: 9,238 ✭✭✭Ardennes1944

is it all uk and ni though? i never use it. the only time i ever look at cars on it is when i google a car that i like to see if theres any for sale in ireland, but because its high spec or the sport version theyre only in england  :(

count me in for the 750!

I've had a love love relationship with one! My judgement is this clouded. I am a petrol head but Alfa's just never really did it for me - shoot me

  • Registered Users Posts: 9,662 ✭✭✭Voodoomelon

Well essentially anyone can list on it from any country, but its an english site predominantly. There is the odd Irish car on there though, usually with two currency prices.

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,575 ✭✭✭166man

Ardennes is right that era of 7 series is really awful looking but it's some amount of luxury for the money! That 147 is just incredible in every way! 256bhp isn't that much either not sure if that one has the Q2 diff on it though.

    I'm in amazement of that 147.. :D

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,157 ✭✭✭Compton

mostly only rare/desirable irish cars would go up on it, ones you can't sell here for decent money on the likes of dungdeal

The E65 an E60 were more controversial than ugly they set sales records and other manufacturers took note - Lexus Mercedes etc... The press slammed the 7 as ugly bit beauty is in the eye of the beholder I think it was a huge leap in modernity that Mercedes achieved with the 99-05 s class

I would most certainly pick the BMW.
