What do you do with your arms when you're asleep?

Recently I've found my arms to be a hindrance when I'm trying to go asleep- I just don't know what to do with them. It feels weird to have them by my sides and when I put them under my pillow I get pins and needles. I've had loads of terrible nights sleeps recently as my arms are just annoying me! Im having similar problems with my hands, it only happens when im sleeping over in my girlfriends place though. I usually spread myself out like a starfish in my own bed on my own, obviously i cant do this with her in the bed aswel. So i curl up on my side but as i cant just throw my arms anywhere ive become very conscious of them and dont know what to do with them! Need help before this becomes a major problem for my relationship
