    Is it Spring 2013 yet?

Was up in Asda in Enniskillen on Sunday and they were taking pre-orders already with a £5 deposit.

Id be getting this in tesco if I were ye, Huge releases like this are always sold really cheap, GTA IV and nearly all COD games have been sold for €40, Find a 24hrs tesco and your sorted, no que aswell because people never think of tesco when buying games.

    Giggidy Giggidy Giggidy ....:D

Trevor looks insane, unhinged and Michael has the Ray Liotta image going on. :D

Could do without Franklin though to be perfectly honest. He doesn't seem different to any other "young nigga tryna get out the hooood" type which we've seen countless times.
I don't see his appeal other than maintaining racial harmony and that cliche of one black guy with a group of white people. Just a thought.

Game looks fantastic all the same, I'm foaming at the mouth writing this.

You clearly didn't watch the trailer, Franklin's gaff is hardly a typical house of the hood!

Just throwing this out there as I havn't really been following. Could that actually be Tommy Vercetti under a different name in a witness protection programme?
The skeletons in your closet lyric got me thinking.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,216 ✭✭✭Kur4mA

That was Michael's gaff. No wonder you didn't like it. You can't even follow what's going on in a trailer never mind anything else.

Yep, I imagine it's how an addict must feel when they're looking for their next hit.

As Michael said in the Trailer "He's the son he never had". Then with Michael's actual interaction with his son it seemed like they don't exactly get on great. I'd say Franklin's role is way more than just "Black Guy #1". It looks lke the story mostly revolves around Michael, so Franklin will probably play a big role in that as well as what was going on between him and his friend.

Im plotting my career goals around this game. if I apply for certain jobs or training, I may not be able to play this in march. Id rather be poor and just play this game.

Vice City was in the 80's (I think it was 1987) and Tommy was probably 25-35, so 25 years later he would be 50-60. Michael looks like he's in his early 40's.

Maybe he's just really fit? And maybe the age GI and R* have been giving is just the age the FIB gave him to cover his tracks even more....

Even if that crazy theory was true, would you really want to know now?

    Nope, I wouldn't.

And I don't believe that scenario for a second, but it's fun to speculate! :P

    New bridge?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 959 ✭✭✭guttenberg

Maybe it's just me, but is that car the dog jumps over at 1.18 not just taken straight from SA? compared to the quality of detail in the other cars in the trailer? Great trailer, I wonder if we'll get much else before Christmas now?

Same bridge featured in the scene with the guy hanging off the yacht boom.
