Are the waivers set correctly? I thought we should only be able to claim people on Thursdays not Wednesdays?

Wednesday is better I think, just put in your claims on tuesday before it opens

I'm finding the waivers a bit odd myself. How I end up 14 on the list when 0 - 2 is a bit strange to say the least. Unless there's something I'm missing?

If you submit a waiver claim you go back to the bottom of the list, it doesn't go by record.

Its a bit annoying for me as its out of sync with the other leagues I'm in and with the rest of the Boards leagues i believe.

Ffs Foster injured leaves me with no starting RB. Turning to Redskins 2nd and 3rd string. Good thing Ryan did nicely on Thursday.

    And Young scores lol.

At least you got a chance to react, went to bed Thursday night having set my lineup only to find out Friday morning Roddy White was stood down at the last minute... Might still scrape a win but it will be tight...

You're nearly ahead already and later on it's Hauschka/Forte/Johnson against Clay/Seahawks. Clay is useless so it looks like I need a repeat of the super bowl for Denver and Seattle to win it.

Was not expecting that at all. Helu with 11 points. Clear fave now.

Zebras got our first win of the season agianst the Longford Patriots helped by a great Julio Jones performance and news of Adrian Petersons "parenting techniques" not reaching Longford

    Hi guys

manafanas steelers here, need the commisoner to cancel a trade I accepted by accident a joke of a trade,

offered gordan and rianey for kniles davis and dalton. Pressed accept by accident rather than reject this crazy on sided trade so asking an obvious mistake be corrected.

how is it a joke of a trade?

according to this it's an extremely balanced trade!

    http://fantasynews.cbssports.com/fantasyfootball/story/24721683/week-4-fantasy-trade-values

    Davis - 10
    Dalton - 8
    Total: 18

    Gordon - 10
    Rainey - 7
    Total: 17

I'm happy for it to be cancelled out of good will, but accepting trades by accident isnt cause for commish to cancel it.

it was an honest mistake that I made a mistake and got on here straight away, first time its happened to me. Fact Gordon is currently banned plays its part in it being a terrible trade

those valuations take into account for him being banned. As I said I'm happy to cancel the trade but I completely disagree with it being a terrible trade from both perspectives.

Gordan won't play till week 9? Anyway had no intention to accept so appreciate if it was cancelled.

I see this trade went through. Bad form in my view, it's a one sided trade when one player is suspended for the next 7 games. If it was an accident, these trades have traditionally been cancelled.

On a related point, how many vetoes does it take to block a trade. I voted against it so was wondering how many no votes were neeðed.

Have they? I have never cancelled a trade that was accepted by accident but I don't remember a case in the boards leagues were it has happened before either.

In fact most leagues Im in if you accept a trade its tough sh1t if you change your mind or claim by accident after. It sounds harsh but there is 2 buttons for a reason. Even on an app its hard to press the wrong one.

Over half I think its 9.

Personally I don't think the Commish should decide this. It should be put to vote with the other members. But that would mean both parties involved not play the newly acquired players as then its unfair to those who play them this week if they lose because of said players and then that team loses those players in the reverse after the games today.

fact 9 people havn't even noticed thre trade never mind vetoed it, the other person in the trade is a GM which means he should know better than this in my view

I wouldnt blame the GM in this case, he didnt press accept. All of the leagues i am in trades accepted are final but i have seen some reversed by agreement of both parties involved in the trade. There is no rule for this situation but if both parties agree to reverse it then problem solved. If not then put it to a vote in the league to see if they object to it

What does it matter that the commish was the other party involved. He like all of us is a player as well and if someone accepts a trade who are they to say no.

The commish is Longford Patriots and he says it wasn't him who traded with you.

Sorry it took so long to get on, lets get this cleared up.

First of all i was not the other party involved in the trade so get that right to start with.
Second, if you wanted me to cancel the trade you should have pm'd me and told me what was going on, i seen you said on here you did but check your sent items as there's nothing in my inbox from you.
Third there is a clear option of accept or decline on a trade so i dont understand how it was accepted by mistake.

If you want me to reverse the trade it leads into dodgy territory, as TO said if we do it once then every person who feels they got ripped off in a trade will ask the same thing. The only way i'll reverse it is if over half the league agree to it, majority rules so if 9 of the managers come on and say they dont mind it being reversed i'll have to consider it. And even at that i'll have to get in touch with the other gm's first anyway.

there are two commisioners if you look in league owners?

I can't see the league settings but 1 might just be a gm the commish can add a gm to help with settings but the main commish is Niall1811 as per the start of the season.

Yes, it definitely happened. Could have been Division 4 two seasons ago. I remember because I was in the league at the time. It was accepted as a genuine error (by both parties if I remember it correctly).

i was gm of D3 two seasons ago if thats where the confusion is coming from.

I had no ability to cancel the trade as far as i know.

manafana hasn't even offered to reverse the trade, I've now been me two stupid trades in the past 24 hours but not the trade reversal.

    as i said above:

Difference in your example is both parties made the error and wanted the reverse. As I said if both parties agree then something can be done if not there is nothing anyone can do really accept ask nicely or put it to a vote with all members. But you will find very few leagues around the world willing to entertain a reverse from a mistake.

trade has been offered as reversed, I just want know why neither the trading team or gm replied to emails i sent on nfl.com? I clearly sent email to all owners to tell them this was an error.

Perhaps the guidelines for GMs need to be set out 9 is a lot to get a trade vetoed considering most people arn't really active. Happy to trade again any time and my mistake won't be repeated

    as i said above:

I will trade you dalton in a different way if you still want him

think this is where your wrong, why not reverse a mistake if it is immediately made known, as gm in two leagues would likely reverse a trade with notice made to owners, within hours of it happening, otherwise yes though luck
