I didn't see too many defending Suarez over the finger incident, you must have ignored that.

I suppose that's fair enough. But its another incident to add to his long list of less than favorable acts. If Lucas was to swap places with Suarez i would give him the benefit of the doubt because he is an honest pro.

Suarez on the other hand has a long list of despicable acts to his name, we all no what they are so i wont go over them. I think he is more than capable of Racism and IMO is guilty in this case, only my opinion of course.

With his checkered history can you really blame anyone for holding that opinion?

Also Evra is an honest player so i don't think he would lie about something like this, as he didn't play the race card with the Chelsea groundsmen.

Sorry to burst your bubble but Evra has been in involved in more confrontations with players than anyone i care to know...

What's on this long list of despicable acts?

The bite obviously, but what else has he done that a reasonable person would describe as despicable?

I know Luis Suarez gave an interview where he admitted to making the comments that upset Evra.

That's evidence. Yet everyone is ignoring it and acting like Johnny Cochrane.

Ah yes the interview that Suarez gave in Spanish on tv. Here is the interview that many have claimed is "proof" that Suarez said something.

English: "There are things that happen in football, all in the heat of the moment, that leaves one feeling bad. Now we have to wait to see how this issue is decided and then the Manchester player and I will have to clear things up. And depending on who ends up in the wrong, one of us will have to apoligize. The English federation will have to clear it up with him, because there is no proof at all that I have said anything racist. I didn't say anything like that to him. There were two sides to our discussion. One in Spanish and one in English. I didn't insult him, it was just my way of expressing myself. I called him something that his own Manchester United players call him. Furthermore, even they were surprised at his reaction on the pitch".

I think the two footed lunge in the back of the legs of a plyer when he was with Ajax.
Some might include the handball incident in the WC.

I personally dont have that much of an issue with Suarez. I want him to be guilty of the racist thing simply because I dont want Evra to be made a liar.
Apart from that I love his energy, passion and control of the ball. He is a character and football needs these kind of players. He just needs to learn to control his emotions.

Well that's your opinion of Suarez and the fact he's a Liverpool player clouds your opinion, IMO!

I've no reason to doubt Evra, though I think he shouldn't have referred to Suarez as "you South American", if the Telegraph piece is true, the FA inquiry had doubts about his honesty in that case though.

Regardless of anyone's opinion on it, the a handball can hardly be described as a despicable act. Regarding the tackle, I don't remember it, but unless it was akin to Roy Keane's v Haaland, both in terms of impact and intent, I'm not sure despicable is a word I would use to describe a poor tackle

The tackle is on a .gif on the Liverpool forum. I am pretty sure most here have seen it.

I did not pass judgement or condemn him at all in my post by the way. For from it actually

Why? I would rather another player from an opposing team by guilty of something than a player from the team I support.
    What is stupid about that?
I believe a heck of alot of Liverpool fans said the same thing at the start of this arguement.

Is this where you have the cheek to call me a retard again???

I publicly criticize any player that deserves it, be it from my own team or not.

Not so long ago i criticized Ravel Morrison over his actions, I also criticized Terry, that fact he plays for Liverpool is not the issue.

I'm a Liverpool fan. If Suarez is found conclusively to have racially abused Evra, i fully support a ban. I'm interested in justice, not what best suits my 'team'. For you to even suggest that shows your small-mindedness.

On a (not irrelevant) sidenote, if Evra is found to have kicked the whole thing off by insulting Suarez' place of origin as was reported in the Telegraph, then it is HE that should receive the lengthier ban of the two

You might want to reread what I said.
I Evra made is stuff, he deserves to be punished.
If Suarez is guilty he deserves to be punished.
I would rather Suarez is guilty that if Evra was, simple.

Delaying this til the 20th? Ridiculous.

Agent Scouse Fonda has planted the seeds of doubt in the minds of the other panel members.

    600full-12-angry-men-screenshot.jpg

By the 20th he will have the FA docking 40 points from United and the FA will think it was a good idea despite not knowing why the points are to be docked.:p

I gathered that. And i think it's stupid, not to mention completely bias...

Our only concern should be that justice be served, i never 'wish' someone bad over another. That's ridiculous

Probably because you've a raging bee in your bonnet about Liverpool FC and it's supporters (that's been well documented on boards) and you never let a chance slip to try and get a dig in at the club. I accept the club will have detractors but you appear to have an uncompromising agenda against the club which, I think is fair to say, clouds reasonable judgement.

Beyond a joke. He either racially abused Evra or he did'nt. This has being going on for weeks now. There are murder trials that don't go on as long as this.
