    Had our first frost here last night, dipped to -0.4 at 23.30, rose above 0 again, then dipped again at 12.30 and rose soon after. Stayed above all night after that.

    Some heavy bursts of rain again in Castlebar in the past hour.Winds remain moderate SE.Tempature is 14.QNH 981. (I was in Athlone earlier and there was a power cut,not sure if it was weather related or not).
