    Winds are not expected to get strong until early tomorrow morning, and even then North/North West are expected to get the worst of it.

    I believe (but am open to correction) that a cold front, with strong gusty wind and rain, is preceded by a period of calm, quiet weather. So yes, it's scientifically correct. IMO.

    "you hope it at least takes off"???? What about landing? Surely landing would be the least he should hope for???
