Should you be allowed drive after failing a driving test?

Lets behonost, the driving test isnt hard, its a 35 minute long test and you're allowed make 8 mistakes which breaks down to 4.3 minutes of driving for every mistake - if you cant drive 4 minutes without making a mistake then I'm sorry but you are a danger to everyone and should not be allowed to drive on the road where…

i imagine the law itself isn't any (or much) different, the difference would be in how much it is ignored in the south. there's still a shocking number of people driving unaccompanied with L plates on and i'm sure there's still plenty that drive to their tests solo and then fail and drive home on their own.
