I found a huge crack* on my front tooth - one of the very front two on the top teeth - a couple of months ago... It ran from the bottom right up to the gum. Needless to say I nearly had a heart attack when I saw it - it's not the kind of thing you like to find after finally finishing with orthodontists after over six years of orthodontic treatment. Went to the dentist and he had a look at it and said it was just on the surface, but maybe it was a sign I should wear my mouth guard more.


Aaanyway, hopefully yours isn't as bad as it seems, apparently mine wasn't! :P

*I genuinely had this whole reply typed up and was ready to post it when I realised I had spelled crack as "craic" and hadn't even noticed. I'm just MADE of craic like... :pac:

He said it was just a crack on the surface, fairly similar to the ridges on your teeth... I don't know, I hope that's all it is. :cool: He spent long enough poking around at my gums anyway, that part really hurt.

Preeetty sure I lost my iPod, which isn't great, but I was planning on buying an iPhone anyway. Didn't realise that there's a new one coming out in which case it's going to cost more than I thought, and I'm not sure if I should be even paying that much for a phone considering my tendency to lose things (see above).

My boss got miffed at me today because I pointed out things it was her responsibility to do which she hadn't (ooh, like I don't know, have a working light in an otherwise pitch-black stockroom) and she called my comments stupid. I really wanted to tell her who the stupid one was, but it's always better to quit than be fired. I abhorr that kind of behaviour in bosses, so if it does happen again, I'm outty.

Can we please not accuse new posters of trolling when they have done nothing of the sort in this forum? I want this forum as I'm sure most people do to be welcoming and inviting to new posters.
