Not a bad film that. Not a patch on The Driver with Ryan O'Neal though, if you like your driving. :)

That the movie from the early 80's, if so it's bloody brilliant, love the way he dismantles the car in the carpark

Yeah, Xbox is the way to go.
I have the GTA double pack and they look the business.
San Andreas is best played there as well, the ps2 was pushed a bit too hard on that one.

1978 but yep that's the film alright. Cracking scene that was, no messing with him at all when behind the wheel.

    1978 ouch!
Didn't realise it was out when Ciderman was in his late 20's:pac:

Golden era for movies that period loads of top movies out around then.
    Star Wars Jaws all great.

Movie review over. Can't wait for jaysus day as I'm getting loads of games some of them even new:)
Plenty of them I already have, they are in fact the same games that I bought and put in a 'rotation' so by now I've forgotten what they were, they'll be like new games.

I've nothing against MAME at all,

MAME is LAME! (coming from a man who never intends to own a cab!)

I didn't know you could view all the artwork and stuff.

Is there a frontend which downloads all the info? Or is it somehow embedded in the rom zip packages?

I must play through vice city again, buit the question is, which version is best? have it for ps2 xbox and pc but i prefer a console.

I bought it a year or 2 ago, along with black and other games to replay it,

but I gave up on the jailbreak mission. Coming to think of it, I may not have finished Vice yet!

Re: great 70's movies, allow me to play my ace card...

The movie with the best chase scene in the history of the universe, the mighty...

    Puppet On A Chain!

All other chase sequences in the movie pale in comparison to this and the fact it was all done in one take!

    Great Script

    Meh story

and by the end of the game I was noticing the total lack of depth to the gameplay.

I'm pretty sure I know which 2 of those 3 antoniades tameem is responsible for.

It was fun nothing special... except the end which was special in a different way.

Time to start Zelda I think.

retro i didnt see your post, 9snes9x has a nice port and i think i used gens or somthing for the megadrive side of things, its been that long since ive had the xbox out i cant really remember most of it :( if xbins is still online it is the best place to go for this sort of thing.

EDIT: just to add to my earlier post, a well noobproof way of getting everything is downloading somthing called Auto Installer Deluxe, basically a 1 stop disk for installing software on your modded xbox, im actually running it on my own box as we speak installing the crap out of everything, the disk is full of emulators. should go without saying but dont run the modchip install option off the menu if you have a softmod, it will kill your xbox and ****

I think he means quote worthy of making into sig material?

So go look for funny comments people have made.

It's actually a pretty interesting idea for a poll. I'd love to have a recap on some of the funniest moments :D

Oh, in case you get covered in that Repulsion Gel, here's some advice the lab boys gave me:"Do not get covered in the Repulsion Gel." We haven't entirely nailed down what element it is yet, but I'll tell you this: It's a lively one, and it does not like the human skeleton.

I vote for the binary gag.
Unfortunately the same guy lets himself down with the reference to a certain 8bit tunneling for diamonds game, no need to mention it by name, it'll only set him off... again :(

    Bit early but sod it:D

    Twas the night before Xmas
    And all through the house,
    Everyone felt ****ty,
    Even the mouse.

Mom at the whore house and
    Dad smoking grass, and I
    Just settled down for a
    Nice piece of ASS.

    When out on the lawn
    I heard such a clatter,
I sprang from my piece to see
    What was the matter.

    Then out on the lawn
    I saw a big dick,
    I knew in a moment
    It must be St. Prick.

    He came down the chimney
Like a bat out of hell,
    I knew in a moment
    The ****er had fell.

    He filled all the stockings
    With pretzels and beer,
    And a big rubber dick
    For my brother, the queer.

    He rose up the chimney
    With a thunderous fart,
    The son-of-a-bitch
    Blew the chimney apart.

    He swore and he cursed
As he rode out of sight,
"PISS ON YOU ALL AND HAVE
    ONE HELL OF A NIGHT"
