    Clearly, the op is is referring to everything, which is the universe.

    The universe is something, which therefore can't have come from nothing.

    In order to create it, there must be a first cause (the "You" they are reminded of when they observe the all kinds of everything).

    Clearly, because we have no definitive answer to that question, GOD DID IT.

    Shame on you for sneaking in the Kalam Cosmological argument. Shame!

    I posted this in the wee small hours thinking it would be a place for comments by all if and when Dana announces a presidential bid. If you feel it is better placed in the after hours section by all means move the thread.

    Reckon they would have got her on that last time out if it were the case, Just like they got Norris this time. Agreed that we dont need her.

    Like the Israelis, in comparison to the Irish as Norris points out, are more likely to jail somebody when a non-custodial sentence would be more normal?

    I think you know it is highly unlikely that I have ever heard of the Kalam Cosmological argument.... only googled it this minute...and I'm sure you read post 11.... really I thought the op would be a bit of a gas...nothing deeper or sinister than that.

    Dont even start me on Israeli behaviour.... ! given relatively recent atrocities suffered by the Jewish people I fail to understand how they now behave in the dispicable fashion they do.

    In the case of Norris and his little friend a custodial sentance was appropriate!
